1. SCOPE

The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop at faeruu.com.

2. CONTRACTUAL PARTNER

The purchase contract is concluded with Cynthia Lammich / Faeruu. The business is located at Aachenerstr. 483, 50933 Cologne, Germany. Additional information can be found in the legal notice (Impressum).

3. OFFER AND CONTRACT CONCLUSION

The product presentations in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. By clicking the “Buy Now” button, you are submitting a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded when we confirm your order with an order confirmation via email immediately after receiving your order.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Cynthia Lammich / Faeruu, Aachenerstr. 483, 50933 Cologne, email: info@faeruu.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email or mail).

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You bear the cost of returning the goods.

5. EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR CUSTOMIZED ITEMS

The right of withdrawal is excluded for custom-made and personalized products. Such items are excluded from exchange or return unless there is a defect in the product.

6. PAYMENT

Payment for orders on faeruu.com can be made via PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, Giropay, or Sofortüberweisung. When paying with PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete the payment after confirming the purchase. The purchase is only concluded after this payment step. For credit card payments, the card will be charged upon completion of the order.

7. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS

Delivery within Germany is free of additional shipping charges. For international shipping, additional costs may apply, which will be displayed during the ordering process. The estimated delivery time will be provided with the order and varies depending on the destination. Any customs fees or import charges for international orders are to be borne by the buyer.

8. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND LIABILITY FOR NATURAL MATERIALS

Please note that the products offered are made from natural materials such as crystals and stones. Due to the natural characteristics of these materials, slight variations in shape, color, and structure may occur. These differences are not defects but contribute to the unique character of each piece. For longevity, it is recommended to handle the jewelry carefully and avoid contact with water, perfume, or chemicals.

10. SEVERABILITY CLAUSE

Should any provision of these GTC be invalid or become invalid, or should a regulatory gap be identified, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision will be replaced by a legally permissible one that most closely approximates the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
